The Aruba Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino is a 411-room resort hotel and includes the 17,000 square foot Stellaris Casino (Aruba's largest casino), meeting and ballroom space, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, a newly-renovated three-meal restaurant and a beach bar/restaurant. Upon acquiring the hotel, CPG completed a $45 million renovation program, which included a complete guestroom makeover, the addition of a Ruth's Chris Steak House, a redesign of La Vista restaurant, an expansion and overhaul of public areas, and the creation of the Tradewinds Club, a premium hotel-within-a-hotel. Revenue and profitability following the renovation have resulted in revenues and profitability significantly above prior peak performance in 2005 and 2006. CPG exited its investment in the asset in 2018
