Acquired by affiliates of CPG Hospitality, the Costa Rica Marriott Hacienda Belen is a 301-room full-service urban resort hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. The hotel, situated on a 30-acre coffee plantation with several expansion opportunities, includes 13,000 square feet of meeting space, five (5) food and beverage outlets, a full-service spa & fitness center, tennis facilities and two (2) pools. Since acquiring the property in 2017, CPG has been implementing multiple capital upgrades to fully renovate the asset and increase operational performance.
