Treasure Point consists of a 117-unit upscale residential gated community composed of 51 homes and 66 condominiums located in Vega Alta, near the municipality of Dorado and separated from the Atlantic Ocean by the Cerro Gordo National Park. Simultaneous with the acquisition of the loan in September 2012, CPG restructured the borrower's obligation to provide the project with the funds necessary to complete the sale of remaining inventory. Sales are currently ongoing.
