Harbor Plaza was a ten-story 35-unit high-end waterfront condominium and retail project in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. CPG originated a new loan in August 2011 to effectuate a discounted payoff of the existing debt encumbering the project at a very attractive basis. CPG was successfully paid off on its investment two years after origination and achieved very attractive returns consistent with its underwriting.
